Filler Wire Mesh Weaving Machine is equipped with PLC full numerical control system and servo dobby opening mechanism, suitable for 0.02-0.25mm stainless steel, copper, nickel and other materials, with a width of 8mm-2000mm. It adopts flexure rapier weft draw-in technology, with a weft draw-in precision of ±0.1mm, and supports high-density weaving of 80-400 mesh. Equipped with intelligent tension compensation system and self-stop function, the loss rate of broken wire is less than 0.2%, and some models contain wave moulding module, which can accurately control the parameters of wave shape.
