Core technology and performance configuration
3.7m CNC weaving machine takes 3700mm ultra-wide width as the core breakthrough, and adopts the three-width integrated high-strength steel body, with the weight of the whole machine up to 18000kg, which provides stable support for ultra-wide weaving. Equipped with high-performance PLC CNC system and multi-axis AC servo motors, the machine achieves millisecond synchronous control of the whole process of warp feeding, weft drawing-in and net winding through EtherCAT bus, and is equipped with three kinds of opening mechanisms, namely treadle lifting heald, arching heald and servo dobby, and 2-24 pieces of steel heald frames, which can flexibly weave a variety of textures such as plain weave, twill, and dense texture, and support the demand for high density of up to 300 mesh/inch.
Scenarios and practical value
The machine is suitable for a range of wire diameters from 0.02 to 1.6 mm, and is compatible with a wide range of metallic and non-metallic materials such as stainless steel, copper, alloys, polyester, etc. It can meet the demands for ultra-wide production in special areas such as polyester mesh for the paper industry, large-scale filtration mesh for petrochemicals, and wide-width protective mesh for construction projects. The operation interface adopts touch-control design, built-in sets of industry-specific parameter templates, and supports the installation of Ethernet remote control module and centralised lubrication system to realise remote operation and maintenance monitoring and automatic lubrication, which reduces the maintenance cost and downtime of the equipment.
