2.5m high-speed CNC weaving machine takes the 2500mm ultra-wide width as its core advantage, equipped with PLC CNC system and multi-axis AC servo motors to achieve synchronous control of the whole process of warp feeding, weft drawing-in and net winding through precise programme control. The shedding mechanism provides three optional configurations of treadle lifting heald, arch heald and servo dobby, with 2-20 pieces of aluminium alloy heald frames, which can flexibly weave a wide range of textures, such as plain weave, twill, and dense texture, and is suitable for high-density requirements of up to 300 mesh/inch.
Scenarios and practical value
The machine is suitable for wire diameters ranging from 0.012-0.6mm, and is compatible with a wide range of metallic and non-metallic materials such as stainless steel, copper, nickel, aluminium, polyester, etc., which meets the needs of electronic shielding mesh, building protection mesh, precision filters and other areas of production. The operation interface adopts touch-control design, built-in sets of knitting parameter templates, non-professionals can get started after simple training, and can also be installed with Ethernet remote control module and centralised lubrication system to realise remote operation and maintenance and automatic lubrication, reducing maintenance costs.
