2.5 m ultra-high-speed arch weaving machine is equipped with a customised PLC system and multi-axis AC servo motors to achieve synchronous control of the entire process of warp feeding, weft drawing-in and net winding via the EtherCAT bus, with the core advantage of an ultra-wide width of 2500 mm. With the high-efficiency arch heald shedding mechanism and 2-16 pieces of high-strength aluminium heald frames, the shedding volume is precisely controlled. Combined with the dual-side servo-driven flexure rapier weft draw-in technology, the weft draw-in speed can reach 130-160 times/minute, and the flatness of the net surface is up to 30% higher than that of conventional machines.

The machine is suitable for wire diameter range of 0.03-0.3mm, compatible with stainless steel, copper, aluminium, polyester and other metallic and non-metallic materials, and can be woven in plain weave, twill and other textures, covering the needs of 6-300 mesh wire mesh production, which is widely used in the fields of electronic shielding mesh, precision filtration mesh, building protection mesh, etc. The operation interface is designed with touch control. The operation interface adopts touch-control design and built-in various weaving parameter templates, so that non-professionals can get started quickly after simple training.
