2.1m Super Heavy Duty Weaving Machine is 2100mm wide to meet the heavy duty production requirements, with a three-width integrated high strength steel body and 80,000 Nm base tension, which can stably carry 0.2-2.1mm coarse wire diameter weaving. Equipped with PLC full numerical control system and high power AC servo motors, the machine realises digital control of the whole process of warp feeding and net winding, and the tension is displayed in real time and adjusted automatically.

The machine is compatible with stainless steel, iron, copper, alloy and polyester, etc. It can weave 6-260mesh plain weave, twill and other patterns of wire mesh, which is widely used in diamond mesh, mining support mesh, petrochemical filtration mesh, and other heavy-duty applications. Adopting three-roller numerical control design, it can realise non-stop netting, which significantly improves the production continuity.
