2-metre CNC weaving machine is based on a standard width of 2000 mm and is equipped with a PLC system and multi-axis AC servo motors, which achieve digital co-ordination of the entire process of feeding, weft-inducing and net-rewinding by means of precise program control. The shedding mechanism provides three optional configurations: treadle lifting heald, arch heald and servo dobby, with 2-20 pieces of aluminium alloy or steel heald frames, which can flexibly weave a wide range of textures such as plain weave, twill, and dense weave, and is suitable for high densities of up to 400 mesh/inch.
Scenarios and Practical Value
The machine is suitable for a wide range of wire diameters, and can handle metal and non-metal wires of 0.012-0.8mm, and is compatible with stainless steel, copper, aluminium, nickel, polyester and other materials, which meets the needs of electronic shielding nets, building protection nets, precision filters and other areas of production. The operation interface adopts touch-control design, built-in multiple sets of knitting parameter templates, and can be equipped with Ethernet remote control module and centralised lubrication system to achieve remote operation and maintenance and automatic lubrication to reduce maintenance costs.
