2-metre super heavy-duty hanging shaft weaving machine is equipped with a standard width of 2000mm to meet the heavy-duty production requirements, adopting a three-width integrated high-strength steel body, with a weight of 11,000kg, and the basic tension is increased to 60,000Nm, which can stably carry 0.1-1.6mm coarse wire diameter weaving. The core of the machine is equipped with a hanging shaft warp feeding mechanism, which, together with the PLC full numerical control system and high-power AC servo motors, realises the digital and precise control of the whole process of warp feeding, weft drawing-in and net winding, and the tension data is displayed in real time and adjusted automatically.
Scenarios and practical value
The equipment is compatible with stainless steel, iron, copper, alloy and other metal materials, and can weave 2-100 mesh plain weave, twill and other patterns of wire mesh, which is widely covered by petrochemical filtration mesh, mining support mesh, building protection diamond mesh and other heavy-duty applications. Adopting three-roller servo-driven design, the machine can be used to roll down the wire mesh without stopping, with optional Ethernet remote control module and centralised lubrication system, it can significantly reduce the operation and maintenance cost and downtime.
