1.8m super heavy-duty weaving machine is equipped with 1800mm standard width to meet the heavy-duty production requirements, and adopts a three-width high-strength steel body with a base tension of 60,000 Nm, which can stably carry 0.1-2.0mm coarse wire diameter weaving. Equipped with PLC full numerical control system and high power AC servo motor, the machine realises digital control of the whole process of warp feeding and net winding, and the tension is displayed in real time and adjusted automatically.
Scenarios and Practical Value
The machine is compatible with stainless steel, iron, copper, alloy and polyester, etc. It can weave 2-260mesh plain weave and twill wire mesh, which can be widely covered in diamond mesh, mining support mesh, petrochemical filtration mesh, and other heavy-duty applications. Adopting three-roller CNC mesh rolling design, it can realise non-stopping mesh rolling, which significantly improves the production continuity.
