1.6 m CNC weaving machine takes 1600 mm standard width as the core adaptable size, equipped with self-developed PLC programmable control system and AC servo motor group, to achieve digital precise control of the whole process of warp feeding, weft drawing-in, and mesh winding. The equipment can be equipped with three kinds of opening mechanisms, namely, treadle lifting heald, arch heald and servo dobby, with 2-8 pieces of aluminium alloy or steel heald frames, which can flexibly achieve a variety of weaving methods, such as plain weave, twill, close grain, etc., and support the demand for high-density weaving with a maximum density of 300 mesh/inch.

The equipment is suitable for a wide range of wire diameters, can handle 0.025-0.35mm metal and non-metal wires, and is compatible with stainless steel, copper, aluminium, polyester and other materials, which can satisfy the needs of electronic shielding mesh, architectural filtration mesh, diamond mesh and other fields of production. Its operation interface adopts artificial intelligence design, all operations and monitoring are completed in the CNC unit, non-professionals can get started after simple training, and it can also be equipped with Ethernet remote control module and centralised lubrication system to achieve remote operation and maintenance and fault diagnosis.
