Core Configuration and Technical Characteristics
1.3m CNC weaving machine takes 1300mm standard width as the core adaptable size, equipped with PLC CNC system and AC servo motor group, to achieve precise control of the whole process of warp feeding, weft guiding and net winding. The equipment can be equipped with three kinds of opening structures, such as cam-guided arch heald and electronic rotary dobby, with 2-20 pieces of aluminium alloy heald frames, which can flexibly achieve a variety of weaving methods, such as plain weave, twill, dense weave, satin weave, etc. The weft introduction system is made of full carbon fibre.
Scope of application and practical value
The machine is suitable for a wide range of wire diameters, and can handle metal and non-metal wires of 0.012-0.45mm, compatible with stainless steel, copper, aluminium, platinum, polyester and other materials, and can meet the needs of electronic shielding nets, architectural filters, aerospace precision nets and other fields of production. The operator interface is highly intelligent and can be used by non-professionals after simple training, and an Ethernet remote control module and centralised lubrication system can be added to further reduce operation and maintenance costs. Whether it is large-scale standardised production or small batch customised orders, it can respond quickly through parameter programming, providing core support for enterprises to enhance production efficiency and product competitiveness.
